About Omar:Omar was born in Tacna, Perú. He graduated from the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Perú and studied International Relations as a Post Grade course in the Diplomatic Academy of Perú. He taught International Relations for four years in the Law School and the School of General Studies (for freshmen students) as well as English and Spanish grammar and Literature for Elementary and middle school students. Teaching is one of his greatest passions and believes that it is very important to combine the academic knowledge with real life making the Spanish language part daily life and a possibility to learn a little more from the Spanish world culture. |

About Taimi:Taimi Cadena is a native of Cuba where she attended one of the most prestigious high schools in the country before going on to the University of Las Villas. There she began her higher education in Business before moving to Mexico in 1991 where she graduated from La Universidad EBC. She also majored in Spanish from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. She worked as Supervisor, Text Editor, and Coordinator of Special Supplements for the newspaper Reforma; one of the most prestigious and highly distributed in Mexico. Before her time at Reforma, Taimi was an Associate Professor at Universidad Iberoamericana. She also devoted time to working with impoverished kids through different seminars and workshops teaching Spanish Morphology and Historical Linguistics. She began her teaching endeavors at Escuela Continental, a private school that encompasses K-9 education. Taimi now resides in Colorado where she is perusing a Master’s and Doctorate degree. |

About Ana:Ana was born in Michoacán, Mexico, but she has lived in Chihuahua all her life. In Chihuahua she received a Bachelor degree in Hispanic Literature. She moved to the U.S. in 2001 to complete a Master degree in Spanish at New Mexico State University. |

About Rosanna:Rosanna was born in Ecuador where she received a bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from her native country. Rossana has lived in Boulder since 2002 with her husband and three sons; Martin, Daniel, and Andres. She has been teaching Spanish in Boulder County for the last five years. Her passion lies in her native language, which is expressed through the classes she teaches. |
